New challenge announced for the 9th global No Elevators Day

It's time to get moving! We're thrilled to announce the No Elevators Day challenge: a wellness challenge that’s kicking off on 26 April. Participation is voluntary, simple, and free. Also, it's for a good cause: Your health!
All you need is motivation and some stairs, then you are ready to rock the challenge.
We invite you to use the stairs to #BeActive in your own creative way, then simply do 5 jumping squats in order to add a jumping motion to a traditional squat, and finally do 2 push-ups (well, we believe you can do more, but 2 is a good number!)
Finally, share your pictures and/or videos with the world on 26 April 2023 on social media using the hashtags #UseTheStairs and #NoElevatorsDay and inspire people to join in.
