The MOVING for HEALTH project encourages a healthy lifestyle for all through the participation in in sport and physical activity. By bringing together different settings and target groups the project seeks to inspire physical and health literacy and at building capacity across nations and sectors.
The GLOBAL IRTS project aims to enhance refugee integration through sports. The project focuses on four geographical areas and three thematic areas and involves a diverse partnership of UN institutions, funding bodies, and sporting organizations to ensure the improvement of evidence base, credibility, capacity, and influence of refugees.
The European School Sport Day is a European initiative with the main objectives to promote sport and physical activity at the international level and involve as many young people, schools, and organizations in physical activity programs as possible. The project also aims to break down cultural barriers and contribute to social inclusion by identifying different focus topics each year.
The CRC Sport project wants to understand the potential of sport activities and how they are delivered towards children in a way that promotes, protects and safeguards the rights of children. The project focuses on the role of sports and sports organisations in the development of future citizens through a transnational partnership.
The Sport GVP project puts forward a comprehensive program that entails multifaceted actions to prevent and tackle gender-based violence in and through sport. Moreover, it takes concrete action to raise awareness on gender-based violence in and through sports. Ultimately, it engages and educates athletes on gender issues.
The Policy Advocacy for Sport and Society (PASS) project aims at developing tools and resources to improve civic participation and engagement in democratic life within the field of sport and social development, and to advocate for and support education, equality and shared values within European communities.
The Movement Pills project seeks to spread the “prevention is better than cure” message. The concept is built around the EU campaign to raise awareness and promote physical activity as a way to prevent sedentary life and its ultimate goal is to develop and spread a common EU wide methodology to promote physical activity and active lifestyles focusing on the link between sport and health.
The Active Ageing for falls prevention project focuses on encouraging participation in sport and physical activity; on the promotion of all activities encouraging the practice of sport and physical activity including traditional sport and games and intergenerational sport; on equal opportunities in sport; and on building capacity of organisations to work transnationally and across sectors.
The project wants to establish the first Active Sister Schools Alliance among primary schools in Denmark, Poland, Spain, and Ukraine, to create an engaging and interactive learning experience, and by fostering a sense of community among children. The project ultimately aims to promote cultural exchange, understanding, and appreciation and encourage social skills such as communication and empathy.
The International Erasmus Games 2025 project aims at increasing sport volunteering and at encouraging a healthy lifestyle by offering tools to student organisations; connecting the Erasmus Generation through the event; and promoting the International Erasmus Games’ Olympic spirit, health and volunteering aspects, but also sport as a universal language which unites all.
